JOB PROFILE
- Complete Project Execution and Management after receiving the order until the final handover to the client
- To handle & prepare documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT Protocol, SAT protocols, SOPs, O&M Manuals, Test Protocols and SOP, Certificate, Project File preparation as per Sterinox Standards and any other relevant documents and drawings
- To prepare detailed Bill of material (BOM) based on Project Technical Specifications, P&ID, GA drawing & Layout
- To develop & check list of interlocks & alarms & HMI Screens for the equipment
- Complete awareness of SCADA system & 21 CFR Part 11
- To coordinate with the client team & Sterinox team for the successful erection, installation & commissioning of the equipments
- To take client approval during entire project execution life cycle as and when required including during on site erection & commissioning and final handover to the client
- To ensure final handover of the project to the client
- Liaising with Sterinox Proposals / Purchase / Manufacturing & Site Team for effective execution of work
- Client liaising & coordination on site
- Coordination and liaising with Sterinox site team & client during onsite problems & service support
- To guide the Sterinox manufacturing team to achieve manufacturing & assembly as per technical specification, client approved specifications and as per Sterinox standards
- To coordinate and to provide necessary data to the control panel manufacturer / programmer to get required control panel
- To coordinate with control panel manufacturer / programmer to get the required automation done as per interlocks, alarms and safety standards
- To develop equipment process, interlocks & alarms
- To check equipment control panels and automation
- To conduct internal FAT
- To conduct client FAT
- Candidate must understand GA Drawings, P&ID, Electrical Drawings, Site Layouts etc.
- Any other activity required to ensure successful project execution, installation & commissioning and final handover of the project
- Candidate should be prepared to travel within India and abroad
