JOB PROFILE
- A candidate should be able to generate leads & inquiries from Pharmaceuticals & Biotech Industry. Should be well versed with the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry requirements.
- Should have a strong network in Domestic market.
- A network in international market will be an added advantage.
- Shall be able to plan and drive the business on its own. Shall be able to device strategies and implement it to maximize sales.
- Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written) required. Exposure to other languages would be an additional advantage.
- Should be capable to analyze and investigate customer & its requirement.
- Should be capable to analyze and investigate products demand and competition.
- Should be able to analyze changing trend in market and upcoming technologies in context with Sterinox range of products.
- Must have a good presentation skill.
- Must have good technical acumen to understand and represent Sterinox Products to the clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Should follow-up inquires & monitoring customer satisfaction throughout business cycle.
- A target-oriented personality required.
- Maintain client database and visits / approach record.
- Review and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Willing to Travel international / domestic regions as and when required.
- To prepare techno-commercial offers and a strong customer follow up skill required.
- Liaising with Sterinox Projects / Proposals / Purchase / Design / Site Team for effective execution of work.
- To attend project kick-off meetings and should be responsible for proper handover of the project to the project execution team.
- Candidate must understand GA Drawings, P&ID, Electrical Drawings, Site Layouts etc.
